Sanger, Betty L, 89, of Mission, Texas, formerly of Wichita, Kansas, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, June 11, 2017. Rosary, 7:00 P.M. Friday, June 16; Funeral Mass, 10:00 A.M. Saturday, June 17, both at Christ the King Catholic Church. Betty loved her Lord dearly as exhibited throughout her life and expressed in her final words to her children. She wrote, ”I leave you faith in God. Please keep it, use it and pass it on -- this inheritance of faith far surpasses any other possession I could leave you.”...

Saturday, June 17, both at Christ the King Catholic Church. Betty loved her Lord dearly as exhibited throughout her life and expressed in her final words to her children. Survivors: children, DuWayne Baughman (Betty), Dennis Baughman, Linda Simmons (Harold), Teresa Mitchell (Mark), Deborah Book (Grant), Dolores Valenzuela (Oscar), Diane Hamel (Jason), Denise Griffin (Jeff), Donna Dobratz (William), Danita Lewis (Mark), and Derek Baughman (Tina Arredondo); brother, Raymond Poteete and sisters, Shirley Lane and Carol Shockey; 27 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Memorial has been established with Guadalupe Clinic at 940 S. St. Francis, Wichita, KS 67211.
